The “Warcraft” universe features an epic conflict between the Horde and the Alliance. The game has developed a global following since its launch in 1994 and shows no signs of slowing. Its most recent expansion, “Wrath of the Lich King,” sold more than 2.8 million copies in the first day of release and more than 4 million its first month.

I played WOW for since 3rd year high school up until now. The game actually ranked one in the east. Thought it’s not that famous here in the Philippines but as listed by blizzard (the game producer) they had more or less 15 million registered player already, excluding the players on private servers (I play only on private servers). Private servers anyway are servers that were edited already by some game experts and are not part of blizzard anymore but the way it is to play is still the same. There are fewer players though but it’s played free unlike in retail (the official server) you have to pay more or less 900 pesos monthly enable for your account to be activated. And I can’t afford such amount so I decided to play on private server.

By the way the Blizzard inc. is planning to produce a movie about the game and I am supahh excited about it..
